Whenever I bring my beloved Schnoodle in for care, everyone - from the receptionists to the veterinary technicians to the doctors - show the utmost respect and compassion for my dog and for me. When my dog needed surgery and I was concerned about her condition and prognosis, the doctors assured me they'd take excellent care of my fur baby (and they did) and then asked if I was okay. They're not only interested in caring for pets, but caring for the people who love them. I greatly appreciate that.

My young cat was experiencing bowl issues. I called, they got us in later in that day and took a pragmatic professional approach to his treatment. He is doing much better and on the mend. Thank you so much for everything. You have our 2 cats for their life. Highly, highly recommend Animal Medical Center. They are top drawer!

We brought our new puppy Milo here for his first checkup and rabies vaccine. Everyone in the clinic from the front desk lady to Dr Montero we’re great with him and understanding of him being a little anxious and shy since he’s so new to the family. I liked how I was able to come back with him as he got his vaccine to keep him calm. Dr montero answered all of my little questions concerning taking care of him and verified he was up to date on all of his shots. Overall I would reccomend bringing your dog here so far we will be bringing Milo back!

I was in town to handle my mother’s affairs, she had recently passed. Part of that was finding a home for her pit bull puppy. I was incredibly lucky and found someone sent from God (no lie, this lady is an angel). While we were out doing a meet n greet with her dog, my mother’s dog was attacked by an off leash pit bull. We managed to get the dogs apart, but my mother’s dog did sustain a puncture to her lower jaw. This was the day after Thanksgiving, one of the very worst days in Vet Med (IYKYK) and when I called they didn’t have an open appointment, but Chris was still able to help me take care of her. “Rose” has a new owner now, and a new vet!! They will be coming here from now on, just based on the way the front desk staff (and another shout out to Chris!!) were willing to help! *sidenote, I manage a vet clinic out of state, I would hope that my front desk staff would be this compassionate to non clients in need of help.

The team is great and the main Doctor is always amazing with our dog. We always appreciate the follow-up calls to check-in after the appointments.

We have returned to Animal Medical Center of Chandler with our second dog. The staff, from the veterinarians to the technicians, to the office staff are caring and responsive to our pet's needs, as well as our own. We have connected with Dr. Goodwin who is amazing. He is a true "dog whisperer". His energy and demeanor are the perfect antidote to the spiraling concerns we might have. He is knowledgeable and listens to what we see, hear and feel about our dog. He has helped us tremendously! We highly recommend this practice and this staff for caring for your loved animals.

I highly recommend them ! So far I've met Nathan Goodwin and Joshua Russek. They are truly kind and easy to work with, as well as their assistants and everyone at the front desk. My cat was treated gently and sincerely by the Vet assistants as well as by the Vets.They try to make the visits as stress free as they can for you and your pet. They're nice, they use common sense and I don't think the prices for treatments seem high. I'd recommend them to anybody. Thank you.
